This hands-on experience in clinical-grade systems, regulatory-aware architecture, and data science positions him uniquely to lead ILM Health's technology vision — translating complex health data into actionable insights that improve patient outcomes at scale. He has also held the role of Chief Software Architect at IMAX Corporation, the Toronto-based global leader in immersive entertainment, where he delivered mission-critical distributed systems and real-time platforms.

As Founder and CEO of Redleaf Solutions, iGAL has guided startups and growth-stage companies through the design of cloud-native architectures, robust data pipelines, and secure, interoperable platforms — experience directly applicable to the challenges of deploying digital health solutions across Medicaid and safety-net health systems. His technical expertise spans system architecture, rapid prototyping, data mining, artificial intelligence, and legacy-compatible software design, with a consistent focus on making complex systems operationally simple and evolvable.

iGAL is a named inventor on multiple patents spanning communications platforms as a service, data sanitization and normalization, advanced motion control, medical devices, fraud prevention, authentication systems, and online security.
